1. As you know, Senator Padilla's office sent representatives
2. Senator Schiff's office sent a reply to an email I sent his office, although it didn't really address the concerns I mentioned
3. As of today, 2/6/2025, Senator Schiff has posted IN RESPONSE to our demands that he obstruct the nomination, so he spoke on the floor.
4. Senator Schiff has also posted on social media regarding voicemail and messages
5. Because of our overwhelming presence out on the streets for 50501, senate leadership got more aggressive in their response and are blocking the nomination process
6. As of today, 2/6/2025, AG Rob Bonta along with a few other Attorneys General, announced that they will be filing a lawsuit agains Elon Musk for violating our privacy.

There are two seats up for grabs in Florida, which will give us equal control of the House of Representatives. I have read the platforms of the Democratic candidates and they both seem like they're the kind of fighters we want. Please consider supporting their candidacy; it will not only be good for us to limit Republican control of congress, it would be good for our movement's morale to have a win.

Please boycott the Superbowl! Ad sales are based on viewership, so it would be great for the NFL to lose money, especially since DJT would be there.
